Day 2: Grappling & Leg Endurance

Today, Vince will lead you through a warmup using grappling movements on the ground, which will help with overall mobility for BJJ and wrestling. And then it’s leg day — you will develop strength and endurance in the legs, which is essential for lowering your level, explosive movement, and staying agile on the feet from start to finish.
