This program is designed to develop optimal footwork movements that are essential for boxing and other striking arts. Using 18 different movements, we will explore the 4 quadrants on the transverse, sagittal, and coronal plane using the human body’s range of motion. The following movements are the most optimal ways of moving about them.
The drills in this course will help with developing balance, proper weight distribution, and give you a better understanding for creating angles in a fight. By the time you complete this course, you will have memorized the full 36-step form, along with the concepts behind each individual movement.
