Full-Body Stretching

Before and after every training session, it is essential that you properly stretch the body. It is the single-most important way of preventing injuries, increasing flexibility, and improving recovery time. A dynamic warmup is the best way to limber up the muscles, and then it's time for your training! Once the body is properly warmed up, the muscle are ready for passive & active static stretching -- deep, long holds to elongate and loosen the muscle -- which leads to flexibility and mobility.
